Actually Manny's style is not tailor made for Floyd. A style that has low workrate is tailor made for him.

Manny has a high work rate which always makes things closer in a Floyd fight. Judah did very well in the first 4 rounds because of a high punch rate.

Manny has the speed and footwork to hit Floyd. Speed and workrate often wins fights.

Manny has eyes that look for openings just like Floyd, and he has the angles to hit.

Manny is not as accurate as Floyd, but then he doesn't just pot shot. He throws combinations while Floyd does not unelss it's against someone who is in front of him and standing there.

Manny clearly has power to be respected, and that would faze May, he won't take shots to the body like the shots he took from Marquez.

Manny loves people being on the ropes, and he can cut the ring off and do it. Hatton managed to and therefore Manny can.

Floyd does not hit that hard, and Manny would not be fazed by it. Cotto hits harder.

Thanks. I agree with you, but I only feel Floyd can win if he uses his size too. Floyd is a good inside fighter, maybe a lil dirty, but good. Pac can't hug and fight close up and this is the key for me. If Floys uses his IQ and makes it close with pressure, he can outpoint Pac, but can he get Pac in that situation for 12?

As for Judah, he has skilla nd speed, but he only has one game plan and that is to basically fight like he does. Once Floyd countered his ass, he couldn't change up and only dropped his workrate which you can't do VS Floyd. I know Hatton got beat up, ut his workrate made Floyd think more than ever.

I personally feel Manny can keep up for 12 like always. Both are fine specimen of athletes and that's why I feel it will be a great fight.

Manny is off balance sometimes to me, he uses a lot of head and body movement and punches a lot, and that will sometimes make you off balance but he looks quite fundamentally sound in that area for me most of the time. It's very hard to hit him when he's in the air.

It's hard to push Pac backwards though. Floyd does not have the power to make Manny move back and Manny does not move back very often, even when hurt.

This is why everyone wants this fight. So much debate about styles.

I love talking good abou both, because both are great athletes and boxers, with different styles.
