I feel Hurt by the Cotto loss

Anybody else feel he shouldn't have lost like that?I felt bad how he lost, I wish the whole fight was a draw or split decision or something.

Oh yeah. It's like... it's getting to the point where I've put so much effort into believing in guys I want to support (Hatton twice, Marquez, Cotto, etc.), that when they keep coming up short I don't know what to believe anymore. Hard to describe, but I'm becoming disillusioned by constantly picking wrong winners and wasting my efforts in supporting them.

He got killed in there, but let the man finish on his feet. The fight was about over and Manny was carrying him to the bell. They should have at least let him finish.

It's always tough seeing a favorite lose, my brother. Especially in such one sided fashion.

This is coming from a huge supporter of Juan Manuel Marquez.

2 months ago I felt exactly like you.

I agree with PAC taking it easy on Cotto, he kind of carried him towards the last round. The ref shouldn't have stopped it.

No, I support boxers whom I like. But lately, they've all been losing. That's what I meant by my post - I can keep liking guys to my heart's content, but if they keep losing after all the effort I put into supporting them... well, it's hard.
