Mayorga refuses to fight Garcia

Basically says, that Mayorga does not want to fight an eliminatory battle. He wants a championship fight with Javier Castillejo. Unfortunately, Castillejo is in Kenya, shooting a Spanish Reality Show. Mayorga says he did not sign for Garcia. Mayorga left back to Nicaragua. Don King productions is going to Nicaragua as well to convince him to return to the United States.

This sucks, most likely means that Mayorga will not be fighting on the 21 of May... Damn, I was excited too.

Mayorga is dumb for not taking this fight if you ask me. Garcia is beatable and Javier is busy. Mayorga needs to fuight a little comeback fight and Garcia is a good opponent to do it against. Garcia is a ****er but Mayo can take it.

Sadly boxing was better when it was the way to make a living. I mean back in the day fighters had to fight lots of fights to provide a pay check. Now days your decent, get manuvered up, fight one big, get smacked down, collect a big paycheck and retire for life.
