I dont get what youre saying. They change it after every fight. I think they legitmatly think he deserves it after this win. If they were worried about negative comments then they wouldve had him there all along. They never said the only way someone can claim that spot is if Floyd loses. It goes from a fight by fight and performance by performance basis
