PACQUIAO OFF TO CONCERT WHILE COTTO IS SENT TO HOSPITAL

As pound-for-pound champion Manny Pacquiao gets set to perform an 8-song concert at the Mandaly Bay Events Center after his dominant win, his fallen opponent, Miguel Cotto, was sent to Valley Hospital Medical Center where he'll be kept overnight for observation. After witnessing Cotto absorb a great number of hard shots from the Filipino superstar, the Nevada State Athletic Commission doctor was concerned for possible trauma and ordered full body scans to be performed for precautionary measures.
Cotto, who originally tried to depart on his bus with his entourage, did appear to be fine, however, as he made his way to the ambulance under his own accord. A no-show at the press conference, he had a representative from Team Cotto read a prepared statement that thanked the fans for their support, promised to fight again and credited Manny Pacquiao is being the best fighter he's ever fought.
