Pac vs Mayweather - some thoughts about what should happen.

Me think Mayweather Jr needs to fight Mosley first and show that he's dominant again at the WW division. We all know the fight with JMM was BS and we also know that Pac vs Cotto had more PPV buys (hence Pac is also a bigger money maker)

After that fight, a Mayweather vs Pacquiao should happen. This will give the Pac one more tune-up fight before fighting Mayweather which I believe he should use against JMM (to end the BS once and for all at 140 lbs)..

Thats dumb. Floyd can fight Mosley after Pac and Pac can fight JMM after Shane. Floyd doesnt have to prove anything. You act like he's some rookie. He's 32 and was ranked #1 a long time before he retired. If you keep putting off the fight for so long then the fight ends up never happening. Also, PPV sales dont prove Pac is the bigger draw. Who was supposed to sell more? Everyone thought this fight was big and will do great while everyone predicted the Floyd fight would bomb but it did a million buys. You cant just say Pac is bigger on this one fight when Floyd has out sold him in every other fight and everyone agreed that Pac should outsell him in this one

Why is that ******? Everyone here has reservations against Floyd not wanting to fight any of the real Welterweights (ducking).

Instead, he decided to fight somebody that shouldn't be fighting at Welterweight (JMM), showing up to the fight overweight, and lastly - ducking the real Welterweights in the division.

He's been gone for 2 years, and fighting a tune up fight against a 135 lber at the Welterweight division didn't gain him any respect. He ought to fight the top contenders at WW and show that he's still #1 - (we all know Mosley called him out).

Get real man. Everything you just said is pure hate. Put that aside for a second. This is the biggest fight in boxing by miles and both guys want it. Its that simple to me. Stop acting like Floyd has to prove himself. You act like he's Hatton or something. Be real man

Don't really believe it's hate. If you leave your division, go on retirement and decide that you still want to be the #1 welterweight, then you better fight the best welterweight in the division. Just because you believe you are #1 doesn't make it so.

He has many to chose from from (Clottey, Cotto, Mosley and etc) with Mosley being the best contender - and has already called him out.

I guess we'll find out soon enough - nevertheless, until a JMM vs Pac 3 happens, there will always be doubt.

And it would be sad to see Pac retire without making this happen.

What doubt? the fights were what they were, the Pac fighting now is to much for JMM, the fight is pointless.

isnt he now doing that by fighting Pac? The same guy who everyone said he would duck. I just read 2 articles where the people said that Floyd will duck Pac because he's scared to get in the ring with him. Thats not enough for you to let him go straight to Pac?

Simple fact - he's only gonna do that now because he wants money. I don't believe anybody has stated that May ducked the Pac. Shouldn't it be, May ducked Mosley, Cotto, Berto, Williams, and even Margarito?
