    he did show mercy though..

in the late rounds, Cotto was at his mercy, and had no answers.

Pac let him out on his feet, because he respects Cotto as a man

I think Pacquiao's a badass off camera. I've never heard him cuss until this last series of 24/7 episodes. Surprised me a little.

I believe it was more like he let him go because he knew the fight has ended. Pac looked frustrated at times that he was just running away.

I second this. Pacquiao wanted Cotto's corner to stop the fight. When they didn't want to, Pac decided that a KO would be best to prevent Cotto from a sustained beating. Pac cares about his fellow human being.

have you seen Pac's footwork, my dude?

He could have caught Cotto and put him down.

Didn't, because they have respect for each other

            no trashtalking, ect.

I think Manny was just kind of laughing at Merchant because of Merchant's delivery and the things he says. Manny was just kinda going WTF? dude. I think Manny was trying to stop Cotto but it gets frustrating to chase someone around like that. I think they should have let Cotto go down if he was gonna go down again and then stop it. But the stoppage was fair, If I was the ref I would have waited for that barrage of punches to end and then stop it cuz I think cotto was about to go down.
