    how was freddie roach as a boxer?

    sad to see him with alzheimers. did he really take that much punishment?

    roach was good.

    he fought some good guys. bobby chacon , hector camacho , greg haugen.....

    roach was all heart. you can't just beat him , you had to beat him up.

      He was a tough guy who was willing to take punishment to give his own, blue chip fighter. Had pretty good skills but not great or anything like that and he didn't have a big punch, decent fighter overall.

          I just had to say it because I remember Roger saying it on 24/7 for Floyd-Oscar. Roger always use to say "ask Freddie Roach, he know, I use to whoop his ass"

            He was a tough bastard, and his skills were fairly good as some have mentioned. Plus he fought a few decent names. Quite a decent fighter overall.

              He was a "Take 3 to give 1" kind of fighter. Real tough and he had decent skills.

              By the way, he doesn't have alzheimers you dumb ****s. He has parkinson's disease. Same thing as muhammad ali.
