If there was one weakness in Pacquiao's arsenal displayed in the Cotto fight, it was his inability to cut off the ring when Cotto started moving around. If he had the ability to cut off the ring better, the fight would've ended earlier IMO. I think Mayweather running around on Pacquiao while potshotting from the outside while playing it safety first might happen.

I did notice this...Pac seemed frustrated when his target isn't stationary...he's gonna have fits with Floyd...
