A couple other posters told me that they had to drain it because it cauliflowered.

Pacquiao is ****ing crazy, he didn't have to go toe 2 toe but he did! He could have pot-shotted and said **** you to the fans but he didn't! He is the complete opposite of Fraud! He cares about the fans!

Yeah, his ear was cauliflowered, it's pretty much where blood builds up in the ear. They had to drain the blood out. Cotto landed a few left hooks around the guard that landed around the ear area.

Its ok as long as you drain it in time.If you don't drain it right after it happens then the fluid calcifies and your ear stays like that.
