Tons of Props to PAC, He better than I though by far.

Hes a tough, tough fighter. I dont know but it semed to me he has gotten faster as he moved up in weight or was Cotto that slow? He took some shots but from Cotto and never really seemed to be hurt or stunned. I dont know if his chin has gotten stronger or has Cotto loss some of his pop? I knew the fight could either way for both fighters, but Pacs speed proved to be more pivotal than Cottos power(or lack there of).

Im really excited and looking forward to Pac vs May. Im gonna start moving money around now to put aside for that date. I think Pac can really push Mayweather to the level he seldom goes now and we all wanna see that!

I wonder if Pac blew out cotto like hatton he would get the same credit?

I think the fact that he got hit in this fight (look at his face in the post fight) & it at least took 12 rounds, they give him full credit.

It had to do with Cotto being a better fighter than Hatton.

He gets full credit for this win no doubt. It really thickens the plot for a showdown with Floyd. Pac really didnt show us anything offensively but he did display that he can take a punch at WW. Thats really puzzles me though because I clearly remember him being rocked by JMM but he walks through Cottos punches....Its crazy.

I don't think Cotto lost his pop, I think Manny's chin is just excellent. I don't even remember the last time he was knocked down. He literally grinned when Cotto hit him on the chin.

My opinion is MP's preparation helped, too. For many weeks, he was sparring with an 165+ lb guy who is bigger and faster than Cotto.

He's not even that slow. Cotto started as fast as Manny did, but once he felt Manny's power he didn't want to know.

Nobody seems to want to listen when I said Pacquiao was weight drained in his last fight at 130 (Marquez II). That's the only reason for his lackluster performance. Take Marquez to 140 and he would be KO'd.
