  • cotto's facial expressions reminded me of...

erik morales' facial expressions during pac-morales 1-2-3...world class fighter who was clearly a more skilled boxer than pac, but had no answer for manny's speed...side note: if cotto actually had a real trainer, he would have thrown 10 times as many jabs as he threw...dude's gameplan was terrible...

funny to me how cotto -- who fought a valiant fight -- couldnt even fight as well as marquez, who was 15 pounds lighter...the way you stifle pac is to jab to create space -- which cotto did well in the first round -- and counter punch....

if cotto had a real trainer, this fight is even better...i still think pac wins...however, cotto tried to fight inside with the fastest brawler he or any other 145-147 pounder has ever seen...

    not too smart...

as my man floyd mayweather sr. once told de la hoya..."throw the ***** jab, man!"

Dude was shook. He ain't know wtf to do. I was surprised Pac made that **** look easy. Even did the better body work. Beat him inside and outside.

Even tho Cotto was getting beat, I was surprised how accurate Cotto's jabs/potshots was. Nobody has done that to Pac even Marquez.

the stoppage was very similar to the second morales fight. exact same spot in the ring. only cotto didn't go down.

cotto's jabs were effective as ****...

then he got hit in the second round, and forgot how to throw a jab...that **** happens when you have an amateur trainer...cotto's trainer wasnt even smart enough to tell his fighter to throw the jab, and eventually pac landed enough inside bombs to take control of the fight...

this fight could have easily been cottos...although im a pac fan and i think he's clearly the better fighter, cotto's corner -- not to mention his own lack of ring smarts -- got him hammered in this fight...
