I've been saying this from the VERY start, Shane doesn't have the legs anymore and people are constantly insisting that Pacquiao/ Mayweather face Shane. I have no problem with that but Cotto's foot speed and foot work is ALOT better then Shane's right now. Shane isn't catching up to Pacquiao; no way.
