Confessions of a Pac Hater !!!

    I confess !!!

This guy deserves a **** load more credit than I as a Mayweather fan have given him. I still think Maywaether is the better boxer (technically) but Manny's speed and power takes a major toll on just about every fighter he gets in the ring with.

Cotto started off the fighter in full control but as soon as he got hit he lost sight of his game plan. I'm still a fan of Cott's but Pac has not only earned my respect which was long over do but he poses more than a legitimate threat to Mayweather.

Fact is, Mayweather is the perfect boxer and Manny is the perfect fighter. I've never witnessed Mayweather take the kind of shots Manny has taken but I still don't know what that means in a fight like this.

Floyd is not known punching power or agression which may mean 12 long round with a fighter who could end it with one shot, I wouldn't put it past him but this is very dangerous for him. I don't believe Pac has fought a guy with Floyd's speed, accuracy, and patience, if Cotto was a bit more patient he may have not gotten stunned so quickly...then again Manny might have gone in full force and got the early k.o.

Long story short I'd like to apologize to all the Pinoy's out there for being so biased against Manny...he is the truth but at this point you don't need me to tell you that.

Props to Cotto for his great heart. He made a new fan. And no offense taken on you being biased against Manny. At least you have the balls to say it out unlike others who still bashes him off.

And Cotto has made a believer out of me too. To tell you the truth I wanted the fight to end as soon as his face got all swollen up. :c But he was a great warrior and he proved that he could take all. Props to COTTO

Props to you - great post. Personaly, I am not a huge Mayweather fan, but he is good, I will give him that - but at this point, I have to say Manny is too much for Floyd Jr..

Floyd will run from Pacman all night, he might as well wear his running shoes into the ring. Obviously Mayweather doesn't have the power to hurt Manny, but I am convinced Manny has the power to hurt Mayweather, when he catches him. Manny wins by TKO Round 8 or so...

That's why I wish boxing was more like MMA. Fighters in MMA take a loss or two and come back stronger while most boxers get discredited to the point of no return.

Cotto did well but I know from past experiences when your toe to toe with a guy that hits that hard and fast and your punches are not doing equal damage it's hard to think up a new game plan in the middle of an ass kickin'.

I won't argue the prediction because I really don't know what the hell is going to happen in this one. I do have a problem with the running statement....

Let's not forget before boxing was developed into an art form guys like Floyd and Manny would have never left their original weight classess. Both fighters can attribute their success too the proper use of footwork, head movement, countering and other defensive/offensive aspects of the sport. While I think Floyd had the edge in some areas it's obvious Manny has a big advantage in others and some of their talents will simply cancel each others out.

If Floyd didn't fight the way he fights he wouldn't be Floyd. I don't discredit Pac for punching power and Floyd shouldn't be discredited for his pure boxing ehibitions. Take away Floyd's defensive and Manny power and you have two fighters few people have ever heard of !!!

            Ya feel me !!!

I'm not saying your wrong for having your opinion though. I being a 5'6 140 can (have to) appreciate a guy with lil' punching power that finds away to dominate and humiliate guys who hit **** loads harder than him. At the same time...who'd doesn't love a K.O ? !!!
