He's got power and is still doing great in the round if you take out the KD's. However he can't deal with Pac's speed and drops to shots he doesn't see.

Maybe also he is surprised that Pac is going toe to toe almost.

He cant hurt him. where is Cottos advantage. he came faster than when he fought mosley, but he's weak. its quite noticible.
