People talk about how putting on weight can really effect a fighter.
Well Roy put on 20 POUNDS... and then was STILL outweighed by 30.
SMH @ people only saying Ruiz was ****, as if their aren't a lot of other factors involved.

Manny is much faster at this stage than jones, but jones was small enough to be too quick for Ruiz. Manny was fast even for lightweights and he's much younger than Jones when Jones fought John Ruiz.

thats why I mean Pac ain't no real welter weight and pac has also moved up a lot in weight. There's some similarities thats all.
