    Kevin Rooney and Mike Tyson

If Rooney had of stayed training Mike, would he have still lost to James Douglas? Also is the Spinks fight the last time that Rooney was training Mike? Jeremy Williams looked good when Rooney was training him-but Williams did not look good after Rooney stopped training him-you dig. Later brother brologs.

Kevin didn't mess around, he had Tyson on a strict diet and a strict daily workout routine. His training camp was hell but paid off. Tyson got tired of it and fired him, and that was the end for Tyson. The only person who could have beat a prime Tyson was Tyson himself. In other words why train as hard when your rich famous and pretty girls wanna touch you, as you did when you were poor unknown and they thought you were ugly.

TYSON SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH ROONEY AS HIS TRAINER! He might never have lost to Douglas then,....a. What would happen if Rooney trained him now-does Tyson still have enough left in him for Rooney to work with? Is there still bad blood there, or after all this time could they work together again? Later brother brologs.

Probably because Rooney was to tough for him-you know, told Mike the way things really were instead of telling Mike what he wanted to hear-you dig. TripleT has spoken, later brother brologs.

indeed. i can understand why tyson got tired and finally got enough of rooney. he choose to have fun and not train. he pay the price for it,douglas humilaied him and ko him. i think tyson could take a loss better and comeback if he stay with rooney(even though i dont think douglas could win over tyson if he had rooney, but his skills went down a lot sence cus die but still got enough with rooney).

Tyson is a mental midget who would have gone south regardless of his trainer. Rooney was a good trainer for him, but the real question should be, " If Tyson wasn't such a jerk-off, would he have been a better fighter?"

I wonder now that Mike Tyson is down and out why he won't go back to Rooney?
