Welterweight ranking after tonight's fight

According to last months The Ring, Mosley was ranked #1 followed by Mayweather then Cotto.

Where would you place the winner of Pacquiao vs Cotto?

If Pac won I would put him in were Cotto stands until he beats another top 5 welterweight. but if Cotto wins its a hard for pick were to place him. He did beat Mosley, yet Mosley beat the man who defeated Cotto. I would have to put him in the number 2 slot. What do you think?

Well since I have my own ankings, I aleady have Cotto at #1, Floyd should not e ranked as a WW, till he ights one.

If Cotto wins, he will still #1 At WW, IF Pacquiao wins he should be at @3
