He's a cab driver but every dog has his day. Today could be Troys day. I was looking at his resume and he did beat Epifanio Mendoza. Mendoza is the same guy that threw punches and ****** away with Flores a few months ago. This fight could be a little step up compared to the bums that JCC usually fights.
