Do you guys ever talk boxing?

You know like basic maneuvers, jabs, rights, hooks, pivoting; simply the art of boxing. I never hear the sweet science being discussed, and rarely do I hear anyone talking about the boxers training regime, or their diet. I know there is a board for training, but it's always dead. I respect a lot of you guys in these forums because you are very knowledgeable about the sport, but some people I have to question. Some guys sound like they don't even like boxing, and are just but mere fanboys. Who the f**k cares about another man's sexual orientation? That's all I hear about when I hear about Floyd. And so what if they showed Cotto naked; why make a thread about? gay? I don't know I like this site, but there are to many fanboys in here, which outnumber the boxing fans. If some of you guys were real boxing fans, there's no way you'd be calling another boxer a b**ch, or disrespecting him like some guys do. These guys are world class boxers, and until some of you try their profession you shouldn't talk sh** about them.

Like tonights fight could be an amazing fight but the loser will get bashed on here so much. When in fact they could still go on to have great rest of their careers.

Like i said before i am exited as **** about tonight as a BOxing fan (im not rican or pinoy either) but thats just human nature; nationalism is as instinctive and primordial as reproducing (scientifically known as tribalism) they get a chemical reaction when their tribe is gonna b represented get all chest thumpy...ive posted this before and went as far as to tell them to go to their fighters fan site,and gtfo "boxingscene"...but as usual when u have a well thought out post and you cover all the angles u get no replies Hope that explains some of the monotonous behaivior in here as of late and as i myself train and cut weight am interested in that but that section is DEAD!

We'll i'm free to talk training just pm me. I'm really interested in knowing about cutting weight. And I don't get these nationalistic fans. I was rooting for Cotto when he fought Marg, and i'm Mexican, but that sh** doesn't matter to me. What would I have gained if Marg won? Nothing. All that bullsh** doesn't matter when the fighters step in the ring. It's only two humans in there, and nothing else matters, but hey that's just me, and I could be missing the whole nationalistic/tribe importance.

when i post i people have to see i love the sweet science..i love boxing and the average person who doesnt truley understand boxing can never love it on the level a true boxing lover does..we see moves the average person doesnt understand and ignores..boxing is well..............sexy..lol

I talk about it trying to defend boxiong and hype up a fight. My friends use to watch boxing in the tyson and Naz era. Some are abit older than me and I have to explain to them about what's going on in Amir Khan and Haye's fights. They like ****ers and don't understand skills that well
