If I was his manager, I'd advise him to retire from boxing...Losing one's life is not worth the paycheck that the sport gives.....It's sad because he's such a great talent...
If he pulls through his boxing career is over, no ifs ands or buts about it.

At the present, it seems he is in a very serious state and we should really just be hoping that he is able to awake from the comma.

I really hope he recovers. Not just for him and his family but for the sport in general. You hear about these things way too often. I would assume that his career is over which is a shame because hes such a talented fighter.

Who the hell came up with catch weights?

When is someone going to put a stop to these so called catch weights? The only reason I can see for having catch weights is to give one of the two fighters an advantage of some sort. In the case of Gayweather vs. Marquez it favored Gayweather cause he knew Marquez would be affected by trying to put on all the weight. And Gay didn't even bother to make the weight so what was the point anyways? In the case of Pacman vs. Cotto, Roach knew Cotto would struggle to make 145. We dont know for sure how much 2 lbs. will affect Cotto but the bottom line is that welter weight is not 145 it's 147!

This is very odd, so he basically whooped his opponent and then fell into coma afterwards? Hope he can recover well, heard its over for him in boxing which is sad since I know thats going to bother him alot.
