Pac tries to bumrush Cotto early only to realize his power isn't effective. By the third round, Miguel is walking through everything, landing powerful body shots in the process. Near the end of the 5th, Pac crumples to the mat from a vicious left hook to the ribs. Warrior that he is, he gets up only to get pummeled to the mat once more. In the 6th, with the body severley aching, Cotto opens up wide to the dome and puts Manny down. Bravely getting up with enough heart to convince the ref to let it continue, Pacman walks into another combo, falling to the mat, the white towel flying in.

I see Cotto going down from either being offbalance and caught with a nice counter or something, or taking a flush hard shot that genuinely hurts him and puts him down. The former being most likely, but I dont think i'm expecting it.

I see the loser (Pacman imo) falling 3 times in the same round (or beginning of next round), when they've been worn down and are being finished by the other guy.

Manny goes down in late part of the fifth comes back for the sixth gets knocked down again and the referee stops the fight.

I expect Manny to go down in the 1st RD due to a counter punch from Cotto while being slightly off balance, nothing serious but will create some more thrill to the fight, doesn't necessary mean that Manny will lose the fight...Roach will then adjust their fight plan heading into the 2nd RD..just my 2 cents heading into the 1st RD...
