Here's a suggestion: Why not mandate your commentators/analysts to learn about the subjects they must discuss.

I know for a fact the world is full of ignorants, but some things still amaze me.

Specially the last two. Wow. Those last two.

I would love to see Cotto, Pac, HAGLER, Hearns or Leonard beat up on that guy.

In fact, I would love Pac to do it, because he´s the smaller one.

Dude thinks that just because Pac is not tall he´s a p*ssy.

that one mother ****er talking with the blonde girl, i want to box that ******. i'd want three rounds.

round 1: i wouldn't throw a punch and let him see just how little he knows about the sport.

round 2: i wouldn't do anything but **** the body

round 3: i'd put that clown to sleep

It pretty much follows the same pattern as those folks who just like to comment on fights with incomplete knowledge about the sport and the fighters. Sometimes it makes for a good laugh.

It just makes it interesting to hear on what they base their opinions.

More revealing is why they base their opinions that way.

It's obvious they don't follow boxing religiously.

Boxing has been out of touch with the mainstream media for quite a while, and as ignorant as those TV Hosts are, a lot of the blame goes to boxing itself.

Yeah, out of touch is about right. Very little mainstream coverage has much to do with it too. Although, I think the increase in TV and cable channels and distractions has a lot to do with it is as well.

People are bombarded with entertainment from virtually every direction these days and boxing happens to be a small part of that niche.
