It's no secret Floyd wants no part of him, so he should fight Mosley. Mosley beat Margarito, who beat Cotto(who beat Shane). But Shane is the welterweight champ. If not perhaps a rise to fight Paul Williams(not mentioned), assuming Williams beats Martinez.

Depending on how much damaged Cotto sustains after fighting Pacquiao. If Cotto survives the 5th round with Pacquiao, a fight with Hatton is a good match.

However, I pick Hatton to KO Cotto in the 4th round.
