Phil Landman did a good job with Cotto

This is the best shape I've ever seen Cotto in. Landman deserves a bonus for the amazing work.

I don't think Cotto will have any stamina problems in this fight.

Yeah, no one should have doubted Cotto coming into great shape, he always does. and he made 145 with no problem and looked great. I think he'll become big tomorrow of course, i can't wait to see this fight.

Let's see how Cotto deals with Pac's speed and how Pac deals with Cottos power and jab, that weigh-in was crazy ! this fight def is going to be worth it

i think cotto will always have stamina probelms.

look how he trains very slow at hittin pads, heavybag, speedbag, double end bag, etc.

im just going off what was shown on 24/7.

look how pac trains very fast and intense, thats why pac doesnt have stamina problems

Landman is there to work with Cotto's cardio. He's one of the best in the business at training fighter to absorb the most oxygen into his lungs and blood stream.

Ever since I found out Cotto hired Landman, I knew there wouldn't be a stamina issue for this fight.

they did a good job of getting cotto off the scales before it stopped moving.

I kind of agree with you there.

When it comes to Pads work and everything, Cotto is sometimes slow or takes his time.

But he did the same training for Margarito and Mosley and he was explosive in those fights. My boy who boxes goes slow to keep his "mechanics" in sync and the speed part of the workouts come in sparring.

yeah that's not a good idea. cotto's training camp wasn't as accessible to hbo as pac's. they couldn't even show video of cotto sparring.

cotto showed more dedication to his preparation for this fight..he started early after his clottey bout..and he didn't have any disruptions in his camp
