Says who? I saw the weigh in as well and they both got off the scale about the same rate. If there was a problem with Cotto's weighing, the guys in charge of the scale would've said something. They declared his official weight and it's final. Roach has no business trying to dictate how the opposing fighter gets weighed if that's what he was trying to do.
