which one does their job better: MMA referees or Boxing referees?

From seeing lots of fights, I notice there are more better referees on MMA and kickboxing fights than boxing. There are less "controversy" in MMA and kickboxing referees compared to Boxing referees. Anyone else notice this?

      Boxing is harder to referee.

There is not enough money in MMA to pay off the refs.
