I believe that Cotto is a power puncher and Manny's camp knows that even during the Jurassic era that they are going into that, but i know they had devised an effective formula for that and they are ready for tomorrow to what Cotto's could bring. What's wrong here is, people just remembered Manny for his speed, footworks etc. but they forgot he have that fire power to both of his hands even in WW class; then they remembered him of poor defense but they refused looking on his improved defenses; and many still believes that he is one dimensional fighter and doesn't acknowledge how he KD Hatton 2x in 1st round with his right hand.

What else did you expect from his stable mate? Of course Khan will pick Manny to win. As for his wins, it's not exactly like he struggled with "overrated" Ricky (who, despite being "overrated" ruled Jr WW for almost 5 years), or Oscar. He annihilated them both with ease. Same with Diaz.

Had Manny not fought Diaz, he might not be in the position he's in right now. That fight, and the way he steamrolled through it, opened some big doors for Pacquiao, and it's one reason why he's where he's at now -- about to fight arguably the best WW in the world. This opponent erases any "overrated" win you can think of.

So say what you want, but bear in mind that the those fights were perfect business moves which let to the creation of a potentially amazing fight you will shortly be watching.
