    Hatton appreciation

Hatton impressed me against Paulie, I choose Paulie to win that fight but was very shocked when Hatton went into that fight and looked like the better overall boxer. He basically destroyed Paulie with only losing the first round on my score-card which is impressive, and he didn't clinch like once in that fight it was Paulie who was clinching! Truth be told, after the first round Hatton looked amazing landing like at will on Paulie.

He looked impressive. No one said he was shot when he beat Paulie, so no one should say he is after Pac destroyed him. Damn I thought Pac/Hatton was going to be a complete war, and boy was I wrong.

Even though Malignaggi is gay he doesn't totally suck. That Hatton kicked his ass says all this "Hatton is a bum" is just a way for fans to minimize Mayweather and/or Pac's convincing victories.

Sometimes I criticize Hatton and fighters for some things, but I can not criticize his impressive victory over Paulie who only had one loss before this fight to Cotto.

Not to take anything away from Pacquiao because he is one of my favs as is Cotto. But I think Hatton fought very very ****ing terrible against Pacquiao. Pacquiao would most likely still have won and maybe even in impressive fashion but I feel that Hatton moved his head much better against Paulie. But who knows maybe Pacquiao was moving so quick with his feet that he didn't give Hatton time to move with his head at all.

Class him as a B- / C+ fighter in general.

Ricky was impressive that night. I rated the performance as a B+, as I felt Paulie had an off night as much as Hatton had a good one.... If that makes sense?

I really hope Hatton fights again, I miss the excitement he brings already. Just so long as he ditches that terrible song he came out to against Pac - I blame the song for the loss!

I thought Malignaggi was really poor (On the night). Not taking anything away from Hatton though, was a great w.
