Why Is The Pac/Cotto Weigh- In So Late?

It's at 6pm. Don't they usually do these a little earlier?

Yes, I think it was done with intent to give Cotto the least amount of time to recover from that rapid weight loss.....its strategy by the Pac camp, smart but underhanded.

Well, it is pretty late......was it just a scheduling issue or is the time between weigh-ins and fights a contractual issue? I don't really know and am curious now, you would think Cotto would want the longest time possible and if it was up to him the weigh-in would have been done now.

Yes, it's obvious what they're trying to do. Now I hope Cotto surprises them and comes in at 147, just to piss them off.

I'm not sure but I know it's usually earlier in the day.
