What time is the weigh in for Cotto v Manny, any idea?

The weigh-in starts at 2:30 pm Pacific, 5:30 Eastern, 6:30 am Manila, and 10:30 pm London and Timbuktu, Mali time.
ESPN's Sportscenter will only show Pacquiao and Cotto's weigh-in at around 3:10 pm Pacific, and that's according to their ticker news that they were flashing all day since yesterday. If you want to watch the weigh-in for the whole event, including the undercard fighters, tune in to this site 9 and a half hours from now:
