Is it a waste of 55 bucks if a KO happens in the first round Pac/Cotto?

Nice to see threads bring out peoples true nature about boxing. If the first punch laid someone out, that'd be worth the money spent. History being made. Plus you get the undercards.

I wouldn't mind. Some people would. After all this build up, a devastating KO of one of the top fighters in boxing is worth $55*.

Early ko's suck balls. I dont care if its my favorite fighter of all time winning the fight, it still sucks to have a build up for nothing.

Agreed. An early KO in those kind of circumstances (ie. 2 rounds of fury and drama) is plenty enough, I don't feel cheated.

However. An early KO that comes out of nowhere after a measured round or 2 is more anti-climactic for me, even if it's a pretty finish.

An early KO sometimes could be bad for some purpose, I dont really like the Tyson-first round KO while am getting my beer etc I dont mind the Pac/Hatton Ko by it does leave you with the "Is that it" feeling.

Personally i love mid-rounds KO, Beat down then KO's like the Pac/Diaz fight.
