Cotto is a professional fighter with a great conditioning coach and has been fighting at 147 for a couple of years now. Its not like Cotto has ever fought at 154 and has to drop down to 145. The man is only dropping a pound from his previous fight. Regardless their should be no excuses. But if Cotto does come in at 147 and loses, its gonna be a tough break for Cotto.
