I'm a hardcore Mosley fan. I had Cotto winning 7-5. I always said that Shane underestimated Cotto's boxing skill. He thought Cotto was going to fight and thought he could ko him with one punch. It didn't happen that way in the fight.

Also there were moments when Shane should have step up and not let Cotto throw flurries in the end of the round. That was Mosley fight to take. But he didn't step up. But Cotto was the better man that night. I think a rematch would be different. That's just my view

God help you then, because the only damage that Cotto did in that fight was opening up a minor laceration on Mosley's ear. Cotto was cut inside his mouth, and he was hurt with a body shot in the championship rounds and gave away the rest of the fight by running except for the 11th. Mosley outfought him and landed the more effective punches because Mosley was never hurt like Cotto was. GIFT.

Watch the video again, Mosley admits he got buzzed by Cotto's shots. "I hit him with some good shots and he hit me with some pretty good ones." They ask him about Cotto's chin and Mosley's response, "When I moved up in weight it really helped out my chin." Granted I'm paraphrasing but that is the gist of what he is saying, watch the clip ass. Everything negative you can say about Cotto in that fight is answered... BY THE MAN WHO F.UCKING FOUGHT HIM and you're still arguing who did damage to who.
