Of course there will. Not from the likes of me, unless the ref comes outta nowhere and kicks one of them in the face and the fight continues haha. But people will be up on here making crazy excuses saying this fighter is finished because "uh oh, oh my god a boxer lost a fight."

I think it will be if Pac wins, Cotto was ruined post Marg.

Yes there will be. You already name a couple. You can also add that Cotto was not the same since Margarito. Cotto was drained. And, if its a close competitive decision then you going to hear that is was a robbery, or Arum bought the judges so that the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight could happen.

If Cotto wins. Pac does not belong at WW, Pac is too small, Pac was overrated.

If Cotto wins people will justsay that Pac was the samller man and didnt belong in the ring with a larger WW. They will forget how everyone hyped Pac's speed, footwork and punching power leading up to the fight. Pac will be able to recover though because of the size excuse.

If Pac wins Cotto might as well retire because Arum will continue to treat a warrior who that takes on all challengers, like ****. People will yell that he's a shot fighter and blame Margarito for cheating him out of a great career.

Are those the kinds of excuses we're going to hear and have a thousand threads about? It's really annoying and I hope we'll hear no excuses and give the fighter the credit.

Did you really even need to ask this question? Of course there will be, if Cotto wins Pac fans will make them and vice versa
