i just remember him getting beat by quintana and getting eliminated in the first round of the sidney olympics. He wasnt bad but he is def a better pro fighter.

I'm pretty sure Freddie Pendleton had very limited amateur experience but went on to win a world title. He beat top rated fighters like Roger Mayweather, Livingstone Bramble, Tracy Spann, Jorge Paez and Darryl Tyson.

He also faced off with great fighters like Felix Trinidad and Pernell Whitaker. Great right hand on Pendleton.
