why would you do that, just bet on cotto to win period and it dont matter how he wins...If you really believe the fight will go to decision than bet the over on the rounds at 9 1/2.

so if the odds are 3-1 KO and 7-1 decision and i bet on him to win and he wins by either of those i recieve those odds right??

Right. But Cotto is the underdog, so you should probably just bet on him to win straight up, that way no matter what, if Cotto wins, you win.
