You got a point there, I forgot it was 154 as well. Another thing -- Mosley would be really up for a fight with Pac, he would probably train like a demon. It's a scary fight for Manny, at the very least. Plus with NR in Mosley's corner... it's probably not a good idea.

Regarding Pac and any future 147 ambitions, all I can say is - he absolutely cannot ask for a catchweight next time, no matter who he wants. I'm not bandwagoning here by calling him a "catchweight *****" or anything (since this is his only fight with such a stipulation), but regardless of whether he beats Cotto, he really needs to let his next opponent come in at optimum weight. He'll come across as a total joker if he doesn't.

Hence, Mayweather or Mosley at 147, or Marquez III at 140. Yes please, Mr. Pack-yaaaaoooow.

Not sure. He should be able to knock Manny out, but then I think of the Mayorga fight and it makes me think again. Depends which version of Mosley turned up.

I think that fight was at 154 though, Mosley never excelled there.

Bearing in mind that it was at 154, and Mosley was never the greatest at that weight. Even I didn't realise until recently that it wasn't a WW fight.

To me, that says it all as to why Shugs wasn't at his best that night (although everyone still got what they wanted, with that beautiful KO).
