That is insane. It's taken me 5 months just to lose 22lbs (partly through weight draining, partly through cardio training), and to make 16lbs back overnight would still be impossible. Even if I ate a bunch of pizzas, sweets and McDonald's I'd still only gain back a couple of lbs at the most. :shk1:
