Cotto is severly underated?

These are solid Welterweights...These guys had good records before fighting cotto and most of them got stopped badly.

No hes not underated. Pac said Cotto would be his hardest test. Thats a compliment if you dont realize?
He is top 10 p4p, after losing to Margarito in spectacular fashion. He is just about correctly rated. If he beats pac, he will be given much respect as well.

I think he is referring to how heavily favored Pac is to win this and by ko even.
