Times change. Economy now is different beast than what it was 20-30 yrs ago.

Im not whining im just tired of ****** ass posts like yours. Besides the fact its a thread designed to hate on/bash floyd, you would have to be a complete idiot to think PAC could go broke in 15-20 years living in the philipines. Hes already at this point made enough money to live as a king for 3-4 life times. Floyd on the on the other hand lives in the most expensive country in the world.

Boxers have a rich history of not being rich after boxing. To be fair even sports stars in general end up being broke. Just look at Antoine Walker recently. He made like almost 100 mill & now he's broke.


Yahoo sports even did a recent article about the high percentage of NFL players filing for bankruptcy after their careers are over.

Terrible way to end up. Work so hard to make that money then all of a sudden your living under the freeway a la J.R. Richard.

The world doesn't begin and end with Yahho sports and the USGay! Since the 80's and the advent of millionaire footballers, the only one I heard of being broke was ex-England keeper Peter Shilton who played on until 50 due to ******** debts. He did play in top flight until 40 though. The ones who don't make millions tend to find something else to do, and even controversial cokehead Diego Maradona still has some cheese. Their agents look after some of their cash and make them save some & invest. If only boxing promoters were as nice as football agents!
