8 years, actually. Either stop exaggerating or learn your boxing history.

The game plan was not to KO Oscar, but to keep moving. Since you can't sit down on your shots and get full leverage while utilizing such a game plan, what do you really expect to happen? Should Manny have gone toe-to-toe with Oscar and risked being caught by a big shot from a much biggger man, regardless of your weight drained excuses?

And lastly, are you seriously trying to say Oscar would have seen the final bell? If you say YES, you know even less than I thought.

The truth is no one knows what will go down on fight night. The best we can do is guess at it, and Cotto using his jab to control speed is a ****in good guess of what will happen.

Another one could be Pac overwhelming Cotto with a swarm of puches!!! We will see fight night is almost here fellas!!!!

                I hate this argument.

Bottom line is Manny was hitting Oscar with all kinds of **** for near on half an hour and De la Hoya still didn't touch the floor. Oscar was basically unable to defend himself and still stayed on his feet.

I mean, if you gave me a baseball bat and tied Manny's hands behind his back for 12 rounds I recon I could probably stop him inside the distance as well, but what the *** does that prove?

But remember the height difference between DLH and Pacquiao. All Pacquiao really hit him with were little leaping rabbit punches and didnt really get the motor running until the 6th and the fight was over before Pac could really open up on the offense.
