Carlos Quintana - The man who already schooled and humiliated Paul Williams and exposed him for the fraud that he was.

The truth is,any fighter who doesn't stand directly infront of Williams and can counter effectively, will school Williams.

Paul Williams is overrated and is a fraud. He is ducking Carlos Quintana.Quintana gave him an immediate rematch after schooling him over twelve rounds, and after Williams scored a lucky first round stoppage,he didn't have the balls to to give Quintana a rematch.

Cosign to that.. So who is ducking who? in this sport no matter how you look at it they are 1 on 1 so there is unfinished business here, so why is Paul running from Quintana?

Yeah, it is when you stop to think about it. But just like you said. Clottey called Paul Williams out but look what happened. He ran the other way. That's what Quintana would probably do. Calling someone out and meaning it are two different things. As a nonbiased fan of Paul Williams these non title fights are hurting him because it is keeping him from establishing an identity within a certain weight division. But the Martinez-Williams fight should not be a mismatch in Paul's favor due to size because Martinez was scheduled to fight on the Diaz-Malinaggi card at 157-158. It just sucks that it's a non-title fight. Williams not having a title is gonna give guys an excuse to side step him. He maybe should've tried to fight Martinez for his title at 154 if Martinez was willing to do it. Even if it meant taking less money. But you sure look like a fool now for saying that Williams was gonna duck Martinez. Willing to bet points that it would happen. LMAO.

Pavlik has a shot at 160. I'm not sure anyone at 147/154 can beat Williams. Has to be someone that can go to the body though

No one! Paul Williams is unbeatable much like manny is. These guys shouldn't even fight anyone. Just get in the ring and claim the titles because it's useless to fight since there is NO way to beat these guys!!

This is a bit extreme but I do believe in some of it.

Look who Williams beat in his biggest wins, Margarito and Wright. Two guys that stand right in front of you and allow you to throw a lot of punches. One is defensive (Wright), one is aggressive (Margarito), but they both walk forward straight in and let you get your shots off.

The one time Williams fought a fighter who moves and gives a lot of angles, he was inaccurate, ineffective, and looked completely out of sorts. The reason why Quintana was KOed so fast in the second fight was because he forgot how he beat Williams and didn't use angles. He was a sitting duck. Even still, he landed like 5-6 big shots on Williams in the second fight, even though it didn't last a round.

I don't think Williams is the greatest thing but he can be potentially a problem for ANY fighter. Anytime you have wins over Wright, Margarito, Quintana on your record, you should be considered a pretty good fighter.
