The thing with boxing unlike most sports is its a one shot deal with no team-mates,one night to prove who's the better boxer & on 11/14 miguel cotto will be the better boxer If cotto can go 11 rds with a big welter loaded gloves and all why wouldnt he be able to handle manny's power, he knows how to off set speed with perfect timing(his jab) and as far as stamina problems nobody was saying that until margarito.Bigger,Stronger,Smarter...Cotto

Apart from one split and one highly dubious decision against De la Hoya, he's flattered to deceive, IMO.
Forrest beat him twice, Wright beat him twice and all he's got are a couple of victories against a shot Vargas.

Forget Mayorga and Margarito both of those guys are bums.

Forrest was a damn good fighter at 147 but, his career was plagues with shoulder injuries. Wright was another good fighter who was able to bully mosley around and take away his offense, Mosley did do better in the rematch tho. I believe this desperate and new version of shane will beat Cotto, Pac, and berto. He also fought The rematch with de la hoya and the wright fight at 154, 19 pounds above his natural fighting weight. Mosely also never fought at 140 and he started at 135.

I hear what you guys are saying, maybe he isnt as fast as Pac but he isnt far behind! I read where someone called Mosely a bum, I dont think anyone would ever consider him a bum no matter what version you look at. Mosely hasnt changed his style that much, Naz has only been in his corner for two fights at the most. Forrest and Winky are bigger than Mosely and knew how to use their height and reach advantage, puls its not like their bums!

Styles do make fights but I think Mosely is a better fighter than Pac, Roach even said Mosely would be a very hard fight for Pac, prob the reason they picked a fight with Cotto and not with Mosely.

Pac is a very good fighter I just think that if Cotto could handle Mosely then he can handle Pac.

Well, judging by how badly Mosley beat the living daylights so easily out of margo, and Cotto lasted 11 brutal bloody rounds with a proven, banned cheater, it's almost obvious why Cotto couldn't beat margo.

Shane was slapping his ass all over the ring like margo was drunk. How is it shane so very easily beat margo and Cotto who beat shane, though slightly? And you're right...styles do make fights. The Cotto that last to maro isn't the same as he is now. And mosely and Cotto have nothing to do with Manny.

Manny is a different style completely than shane or margo. so this fight will not resemble any of Cotto's or Shanes or Margo's fights. And Street, yes, I'm sure we all know now you can see all of Cotto flaws. Both guys have flaws. It's up to each boxer to percieve, expose and exploit those flaws to beat the other guy.

Gonna be a war...I am sooooo loving this! This forum is going to be one very interesting place after the fight, that's one thing that a definate!!
