Clottey cut him with his head but a cut is a cut. Pacquiao could very well cut Cotto with a headbutt or a punch since fights going in and out. Their heads are bound to clash.

Well, he was cut badly against Clottey in his last fight. It's pretty much skin on bone where it happened, if there's a build up of scar tissue or it didn't heal properly, it could be easy to re-open in future bouts.
