If Manny really wanted the fight to happen then it would happen. I don't like when fans let their fighters hide behind promoter's for a fight. If he wants the fight then he needs to make an ultimatum to Arum. If you pass up the biggest possible money fight for yourself then you are clearly ducking at least that's how I feel.
