Per Roach - Good & Bad Boxing Habits

For the purist guys here .... let's talk boxing.

Roach made the statement that he doesn't make note of the mistakes Cotto makes - he notices his habits.

What do you view as Cotto good and bad habits????

And conversely - What are Manny's good and bad habits that can be exploited????

    Cotto:
He plants his feet too solidly for his powershots
    - This will allow Manny to pivot around, gaining a positional advantgage.
He has that high guard with elbows spread too far apart
    - This will give Manny several uppercut opportunities.
He leans over excessively while on defence, exposing his flank for attacks
    - Manny has been working extensively on rotating body shots and this habit will make those kidney shots available.

    Manny:
He leaps in with his shots\combinations
    - This will give Cotto a chance to land a powerjab, displacing Manny's charge and flooring him.
He gets locked into pattern punching during fights i.e. leap in right followed by the left.
    - Cotto will quickly recongnize this pattern and start to time Manny's attacks.
He has a habit of being too aggresive
    - This will give Cotto several chances to exploit mistakes

    What do ya think???
