The Calzagheans and Kesslerites are so nervous right about now...lol...I can feel it from here....they're already preparing themselves for the loss...thinking about which angle they will go...which behavior to portray...

They KNOW The End is near...

I hope Ward blasts the evil Dane. American pride is on the line.

Nah, I don't. Ward hugs too much in his fights for me to like him.

        WAR KESSLER!

If Cotto knew how to "hug" he would have beated Mararito.

I think this fight could possibly be the best fight for the rest of the year as long as Ward doesn't stink it up. Both guys have good power and are good boxers. Kessler will win I believe though.

Andre Ward is simply better than Kessler

Kessler has the reputation and the fight with Calzaghe (whom I feel was a very good fighter with heart but not an all time great) but Ward is an American Gold Medalist with a long and successful amateur background. There is no reason to believe that Kessler will outclass Ward but there is a good chance that Ward will outclass Kessler. Ward is a much better boxer. Kessler has the fundamentals and physical attributes but Ward can box. He toyed with Miranda. It looked like he was practicing against Miranda.. who is a very dangerous puncher who hits as hard as anyone in the division. The power never presented a problem for Ward who basically punked Miranda all night. Ward can box.. he just hasnt had the opponent yet for us to know how good he really is. He hasnt lost since he was a teenager. He has offense and defense which very few fighters have. I dont think we've seen the best of Andre Ward. Kessler is not multi-faceted like Ward. I think after Ward feels Kessler out then he takes him to school and then we will acknowledge him for the really good boxer that he is. Andre Ward is simply better than Kessler

I can't wait for this fight either. I'd like for all the Americans to win but realistically, I don't think Ward can pull it off against Kessler. Kessler has too much pro experience and is actually pretty slick himself although he is known as a "robot" by boxing fans. When Ward gets hit by the power I whink he will be troubled, while his speed may trouble Kessler- should be an awesome fight.

A bit like Kessler toyed with Andrade, who most rate considerably higher than Miranda.

Two mutually contradictory statements there! I agree with the first one.

Fancy a 20k bet on the fight? I agree with your first statement, which means an upset is possible, but IMO it would be a huge upset if Ward wins.
