It's a fight for the WBO WW title therefore it's Pacquiao's chance at winning titles in 7 divisions.

Anything from 141-147 is Welterweight, under WBO rules and probably all other sanctioning bodies.

The thing is, pretty much all the people I've spoken to don't even mind if Pacquiao loses, we just dig the fact that he's stepping up to the plate and taking a risk. Win or lose, neither fighter loses my respect. Losses? Who gives a ****. Being undefeated is overrated, and that's coming from a Calzaghe fan.
