Let's stick to the facts guys,
The Phillipine community is way bigger than the Puerto Rican community on the west coast. Although you will see more Puerto Ricans arriving to Vegas as the weekend gets closer, they will still be minority vs the Phillippine fans.

It would be the other way around if the fight would had been in the east coast. If the fight would had been in MSG you would probably be seeing the same thing but in Cotto's favor.

If you still beleive Puerto Ricans don't support their boxers, why have they broken records of attendence in MSG???

It a matter of Territory not lack of support!!!

I watched a couple of cotto's fights on youtube and here are my observations...

-He's not the slow boxer that people think him out to be
-He has good footwork and great timing
-He throws crisp jabs
-He has a tendency to be open whenever he throws that left jab(Manny needs to exploit this)
-He's a pretty good counter puncher

Having said all this, I still think that manny will win...I just don't see how cotto can counter manny's speed advantage...I have seen a lot of openings that manny can exploit...This is going to be a tough fight for manny but I think he will be victorious....My prediction is a round 8-10 KO win for pacquiao
